Just want to have a project called "bids", tasks which are job names, and a list of things I need to do for each job, under the task. can I do this?
You can create sub tasks to organize your job names and the list of tasks for each one. Here's how you can do it.
1. Create the "job names"
2. Add a task underneath the "job names" task
3. When you're editing/adding a tasks (you'll know you're in this mode because you rename the task), you should see a 3-dots icon under the due date. Hover your mouse over that icon and it should expand to five more options.
4. The last 2 options allows you change the level of a task.
Tip: While you're editing a task, you can use a keyboard shortcut to do this. For Window users, you can use CTRL+LEFT/RIGHT ARROW. For Mac users, just replace CTRL with CMD.
