Just want to have a project called "bids", tasks which are job names, and a list of things I need to do for each job, under the task. can I do this?
Hi Don,You can create sub tasks to organize your job names and the list of tasks for each one. Here's how you can do it.1. Create the "job names"2. Add a task underneath the "job names" task3. When you're editing/adding a tasks (you'll know you're in this mode because you rename the task), you should see a 3-dots icon under the due date. Hover your mouse over that icon and it should expand to five more options.4. The last 2 options allows you change the level of a task. Tip: While you're editing a task, you can use a keyboard shortcut to do this. For Window users, you can use CTRL+LEFT/RIGHT ARROW.
