Hi,

What URLs is it printing? Do you have anything such as this on your list of tasks (the notes)? Which browser are you using to print?

Brendon.

Hi,

Which browser are you using when this happens and does it occur in another browser? I tested this with Chrome and I can't reproduce it.

It looks like links related to Outlook, are you using our Outlook plugin when printing? Does it open up with IE to complete the printing, or another browser?

Regards,
Brendon.

I tried it with firefox and with chrome. I do have the plugin but was going through the website to print. I will try with IE now

Hi,

Still not able to reproduce this issue. Please try clearing the cache for your browsers, and try again.

And what are you printing? Today view, project view, custom filter? Does this occur every time?

Regards,
Brendon.

I search “view all” and then try to print. Its happening on all my browsers so I don’t think it’s a cache issue

Hello,

URLs are always shown in the printout if there is any data in tasks or notes that links to a file or website. That said, as Brendon asked earlier - are you using our Outlook plugin and have tasks linked to Outlook emails?

Best regards,
David

Yes I am using the plugin. I didn't use it to print, but I do use it almost exclusively for imputing and editing tasks

I assume that you are also adding emails from tasks using the Outlook plugin, is that correct? If so - these URLs point to the links to these messages.

I'll pass it to our devs and we'll see if we can omit these particular links for tasks added from emails.

Best regards,
David

Yes your assumption is correct. And I hope they can hide them. Thank you for your help.
