hi,
I set up my account and left as the main page of my internet and whenever he opened it would add some notes, when I set the phone was not working out then went into Todoist configurations and realized that the login was not mine but another, altered and when I enter again was not working, when sicronizei with my google account came over without even a note.

Hello Fabio,

Just to clarify, you have 2 Todoist account? When you say notes, do you mean tasks? Please note that tasks are the ones that you can check off.

yes tasks for my country is not, i think the system had a problem and i put my tasks in another login, but i dont know where is.

Hi,

If you have any other email accounts I'd try those. If you used an email/password combination but then used Google to sign in, that could have created a new account.

Hello,

We have 3 ways of identifying accounts:
- By the registered name
- By the last IP address from which it was accessed
- By the order reference ID of a Premium payment.

I've tried to search for the same nickname you've used to sign up for your current account and the IP address you've logged in last and in both cases I only found this one account.

Searching just for "*Porcino" revealed one account with an email address within the "grupoporcino" domain. Is that a domain you own?

hello, I had to start over all my tasks again and have a few things in the old account that I need, I think I have an easier way to find this through another account from my credit card that I paid the old account and a premium account not have the access to new premium account, what should I do? ncessite if the card number can go through email to solve.

Hello,

As I've mentioned in my last reply, we have only 3 ways of finding an account:
- By the registered name
- By the last IP address from which it was accessed
- By the order reference ID of a Premium payment (from the receipt you've got).

If you can provide any of this information, I can search the database for it. Without it, there's no way of finding an account :-(
