Hi Paul,

Please clarify, did you get this message during installation or when you were using Todoist in Outlook.

Either way, can you please try removing Todoist in the add/remove programs and re-installing it? Also make sure you're logged in using an admin account and Outlook is closed when you're doing this.

Please let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Clyde

Clyde,

I installed it as the administrator, it loads, puts a todoist tab on the
tool bar.
As soon as you try and open an email you get the error. It will not opan
an email until you uninstall it.
I have removed and re-installed it several times.

Regards
Paul.

Hello Paul,

Please tell me - did you delete the email you try to open from the task in Todoist or archived it? Or are you referring to just opening an email in your inbox in Outlook?

Also, are you using any anti-virus software and does disabling it stop this issue?

Best regards,
David
