Limited number of tasks in Inbox

E

When adding a task on the fly on my Nexus 7 2012 Android tablet using the app, I got an error message that I am limited to 150 tasks per project. Is that the case? If so, this will be a problem for me.

Hi Evelyn,

That is the limit for free users, but 200 for Premium. You seem to be Premium. Are you sure you are signed into the Premium account on Android. If so, which Android version are you using, and which app version? As it would appear to be a bug.

Regards,
Brendon.

I upgraded to premium. I will check my Android device--but even a 200-task limit in the Inbox is a deal breaker for me. I may have to rethink my premium subscription, I am sorry to say.

Hello again. The app on my tablet seems to recognize that I have a premium account, but limits me to 150 tasks per project. I am using Android version 4.4.2.

Apart from the apparent bug, a limit--even of 200--on tasks per project doesn't seem appropriate for a paid account. The Inbox is my catch-all for things that never get checked off--like my sons' Qdoba orders, or restaurant suggestions when we're drawing a blank on where to go eat.

Evelyn,

Please try clearing the data for the app and logging back in. If it does occur after that I will pass it to the developer to see what is going on.

Though, among a few reasons, we are trying to make people more productive, and allowing them to pile up tasks in one project is not doing that.

You can now use Notes for ideas such as you mention, not tasks themselves.

Regards,
Brendon.

Dear Brendon,

I cleared the data for the app and logged back in. I still have a limit of 150 tasks.

With respect to piling up tasks in one project, one man's mess is another's productivity. Everyone works differently.

Thanks for your help.

Evelyn

Evelyn,

Thanks. I will let the devs know and it may be an issue on the Android side of things. That being said, we understand some other people work differently, but we made a decision, simply put, and I don't see it changing anytime soon at least.

If you are still interested in getting the 200 fixed, please let me know if you have the same issue on the web version.

Regards,
Brendon.

I don't have the same issue on the web version, just the mobile app. Thanks. :-)
