refund because reminders don't work

P

When I use the snooze function off todoist, I don't get a second reminder. I tested this a few times...

I made my account premium only because I wanted to have the ability of the app to remind me.This doesn't work properly so I would like to have a refund . Please tell me how to get one thank you very much.

Hello,

This option should work correctly unless you actually complete the task after you snooze the reminder and before the next reminder should arrive.

Please let us know what due date and time did you use with the task, its reminder, the default snooze time in the app's settings and the version of our app and Android that you're using. We'd love to look into it and fix it ASAP in case there is an issue. This information would speed it up.

If you prefer to receive a refund, please send us the order reference ID of your payment.

Best regards,
David

Hello David,

I just rechecked that again, the fault is reproducable. The due date of my task got changed as I saved the task from "heute um 12.13" to "25 Mär. @ 12:13": So far so good. The Reminder was one of the relative type: "bevor: Heute at 12:13" was set to 0 minutes, reminder type is set to the standard "Handy-Benachrichtigung" and I didn't change that. The first reminder arrived at 12.13 - so far so good - but after maximizing the reminder in the notification list and choosing "snooze" nothing happened: Snooze time is set to 5 min (only for testing purposes), but after 6 minutes no second reminder had arrived. I didn't open or change the task in any way, in fact my mobile lay on the table, screen dark.

I'm samsungs stock firmware 4.3 mk9 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100 international version. Todoist is the newest version of the Google Play store: 3.2.3. If you could fix this soon I might try using todoist as my regular todo app.

Best regards,
Jan

Hello David,

do you know when your devs will have a solution for this malfunction? Or is there a beta?

Best regards
Jan
