I forward email messages from iphone to Inbox, body of the forwarded message doesn't show up in note

Any ideas on time table for solution? Work arounds available? This is an important feature which is main reason I upgraded. Impossible to do zero inbox without it. Thanks!

This is occurring for me as well, from all Apple mail clients (Mac, iOS). Is there update on this issue? Definitely a very important feature.

Same here. My Todoist Inbox has numerous emails I've forwarded to it, but each one has only the subject line, and then "Begin forwarded message:" but with no further details (i.e. the body of the email is missing).

sending a self composed mail is fine, this works. But forwarding a mail message from your inbox is still not working. The body text of the forward mail is gone.June 13 will be the dat my premium membership will expire and to be frank TODOIST has no added value for me anymore. I very much hope this problem can be solved. Thank you.
I got the same problem but ony in the case when I have "increased citation level" (quoted because I do not know the exact translation since my language is czech) turned on on my iPad. It does work correctly when I turn this option off.The result of this option is that in the forwarded messages there is visually single vertical line before all of forwarded lines - and these lines are exactly those which are not stored in the task note.

Please Rene do not give Todoist staff the impression that the problem is solved. Lukas's "solution" is a valuable contribution to the discussion, but it is a *workaround* for a part of the problem.Mail threads or conversations are often full of "cited pieces" coming from many colleagues. If forward such a mail ... without the "increased citation level" ... those previously-cited lines will disappear in the mails. I would have to ask all my friends and colleagues around the world to stop using any form of citation in order for this to be a full solution. And even then, I would have to remember to avoid starting any line with a ">" character in my mails.The *solution* is for Todoist programmers to fix the mail-ingest scripts so that they stop stripping out any line starting with a ">" character.I had to laugh this morning, at the "Todoist for Business" announcement mail. Solve this first, then try again :-)
I agree with Jeff. The intention of my post was to lead the programmers to find the solution since nobody in this thread could identify where is the problem.
I absolutely do agree too but image my joy when I noticed the body text showed up.I was very please someone, in this case Lukas, could help me with a positive outcome.And yes I had the same reaction this morning regarding the "Todoist for Business" announcement.

They've had the diagnosis for more than a week now, still no fix, a bit disappointing. Would be quite interesting to know why it's taking them so long.
My celebration (May 28) was premature: some forwarded messages are still left blank.Sigh.
