mac app doesn't connect online

Hi, im having trouble with the Todoist mac app. There are times that it doesn’t connect to the internet even though im connected. I even opened your website once to see if the app connects, but it didn't. Please reply, thanks

Hi Cyrian,

So it's not just the MacApp, it's any browser as well, just sometimes it does not connect. Are you 100% sure you have a connection (strong) at the times it does not work? Are you behind any proxies or VPNs etc?

What version of OSX are you running, and which version of our app are you running?

Actually it's just the todoist Mac app. I can browse online just fine (including your website), so I do have a strong connection. I also don't use any VPN or proxies. It's just at times the app says it can't connect, and there are times that it connects.

I use the latest version of your app, and I'm running OSX Mavericks version 10.9.2. Thanks!

Cyrian,

We do have one other report of this, but have issues reproducing it. The other user is able to get it to sync, by clicking the refresh/sync button a bunch of times.

Maybe try removing Todoist (using and app like AppCleaner) and re-downloading and installing again.
