Can't view inbox on Blackberry Curve anymore

P

As of the past few weeks, I can only view tasks in projects, I can't view the inbox. Has anything changed??

Hello Paul,

Please clarify - are you using a third-party BB app or our full web-app or the mobile site? If you're referring to the /m site - we're looking into this issue.

Best regards,
David

Oh that's great. I'm referring to the mobile site. Good to hear it's being dealt with. I know my phone is old now, but it's one of the things that broadens the popularity of Todoist that it can handle everyone. Even me!

Thanks

Paul

Just a bump here because it appeared to be resolved but I'm experiencing it again for about a week now.

Now though it's not just the inbox, but what seems like every other project. Any news on this issue? Again, Blackberry Curve 9380.

Thanks

Paul

Paul,

No news. We are still looking into issues with the Mobile site.

Thanks. For now we're moving items out of the inbox on our desktops and into a project so they are accessible on mobile web. At least this is a temporary workaround.

Hi. I just tryed to access www.todoist.com/m with my Curve 8520's browser and there's showing nothing but the top bar with the logo.
If I go to www.todoist.com then I got the "3 dots" blinking.

Hello Guillermo,

Please tell me, does your browser fully support HTML5? If not, then this can indeed make it impossible to access our sites through it as both the mobile version and the full web-app require HTML5 support.

Best regards,
David

Hi. As I said, the browser is the one that comes with the BlackBerry Curve 8520. Yes, this is a very old phone, I know that I can't go to the HTML5 site, but the "mobile" site (/m) there's not working for me. The system is 5.0.0. I don't know if you use Java, Javascript or any other technology.

Guillermo,

We do use JavaScript as well, but if the browser doesn't support the basic HTML5 functionality, there's nothing we can do at this point, unfortunately :-(

You can check your browser's HTML5 compatibility by opening this page: http://html5test.com/ You should have at least a full score in the "Offline and storage" section.

Best regards,
David
