Logout of Todoist

MD

I have recently upgraded Outlook and since then Todoist will not display any content.

I believe I need to logout of Todoist and this will then allow me to log back in but cannot see how to do this.

I have uninstalled Todoist completely, rebooted and reinstalled but without success

I have deleted all browsing history, including Passwords, but without success

Please advise \ assist,

Thanks

Hi Michael,

Is it displaying a blank window, or a black window? As this is a known issue that we are trying to resolve right now.

You can try clearing the cache for it, head to this folder and delete all from it. %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook\Cache

Regards,
Brendon.

It's a blank window.

I'll try as suggested and let you know,

Thanks

Have tried that but, unfortunately, without success.

I uninstalled and reinstalled again too,

Thanks

Michael,

Did you at any point install, reinstall, or activate an anti-virus software? If not, have you tried to use the "Add to Todoist" button from the toolbar? Does right-clicking within the Todoist plugin show anything (a Logout option)?

Best regards,
David

No, I didn't touch the AV. The button had no affect and the right click does not give that option.
Anyway, after various uninstalls and registry edits I finally got it to present me with the login page and all now good, thanks
