Premium not activating

I activated the free trial of premium today and logged out of web, local (mac) and chrome and logged back in but still am not seeing premium options. Please advise.

HI Shannon,

Your account does appear to be Premium, as you see here on the forum, there is a Premium label beside your name.

Are you sure you are signed into the same account everywhere? What exactly are you not able to do?

I am logging in with the same google account in all places, including here, so I don't think that's it.

I am trying to get set up to email tasks, and am using these instructions:
http://todoist.com/Help/viewEmailTasks?from_premium=1
but am not seeing the options to sort or to send tasks to this project.

Hello Shannon,

We've checked the database again and your account indeed is Premium until April 18th, 2014. As Brendon mentioned, a log out and back in should load the Premium version, did you try to also clear the cache?

As for emailing tasks, please right-click on any project and you'll see "Email tasks to this project" as one of the options from this drop-down menu.

Ok, so the right click is working, so I guess that tutorial was outdated. One question - is there no way to email tasks to the inbox? I don't get a dropdown when I right-click on that.

Shannon,

It is possible. To do so, left-click on it to enter the Inbox and then left-click on the tools icon at the top (the one that says "Task actions" when you hover over it) - this is where you'll find the "Email tasks..." option.
