Hello Fakhri,

Please tell me, does it happen only through the Windows app? Please try to go directly to the web at todoist.com and use either Ctrl+P or the "Print current page" through the browser.

Also, if you could please copy/paste one example name of the task here, that would be very helpful.

Best regards,
David

Fakhri,

I've tested it now and I saw all the text and all 3 labels below it. I've used Firefox 27.0.1 as my default browser and the "Print current page" from within the Windows app.

Please tell me what browser you're using and if you have any plugins in it that may customize the font in any way. Also, do you see the text in the print preview, but not actually on paper or is it gone already on the print preview page?

Best regards,
David

Fakhri,

An iOS update will come relatively soon, not a Windows update, though. The Windows version should open the print preview in your default browser and from there, it should be the exact same process as when you use it from the browser right-away.

Is Chrome your default browser? Or does any other browser (like Internet Explorer, for example) open up when you print through the Windows app? If so, please set Chrome as your default and it should help.

Best regards,
David
