Not a valid Win32 application

WS

Windows 7 Enterprise, Service Pack 1, 64-bit OS

When I try to install the update for Outlook, I get an error message that the update is not a valid Win32 application. Any way around this? Thanks, Winn Sammons

Hi Winn,

Is the application asking you to update, or did you download the update from somewhere? If through the app, if you download from the website (http://todoist.com/windows) and install, does it still show this error?

Brendon.

When I first open Outlook, I receive the message in the attached image
regarding the availability of an OutlookTodoistADX update. Then, when I
try to install the update, I receive the error message about the update not
being a valid Win32 application. Winn

Winn,

There was no image attached. Nonetheless, please try downloading the latest version from the main website (http://todoist.com/outlook, I linked to the windows version before) and install it. Let me know if it still continues.

Regards,
Brendon.
