ToDoist not synchronizing on Web and iOS applications

I am using ToDoist on my iMac (via Safari) and iOS devices (iPhone and iMac). I have noticed that on neither of them ToDoist is synchronizing and updating my actions. Only way to ensure this to happen is to log out and in again every time.

At work I am using ToDoist via Google Chrome and that seems to work alright.

Can you please assist me in solving this?

Hello Harold,

Please tell me, are you using any VPNs, proxies, additional firewalls, anti-virus software or anything that can affect your network preventing it from sending updates? Or is your network being used at full speed when this happens (streaming video etc.)?

Also, do you see an orange/red triangle in the app? This would mean that the app is in offline mode.

When the problem occurs the App is online and says it has synchronised, but in reality the data are not. The same happens when using a 3G network in stead of Wifi. Logout and login in again seems the only way out.
