Syncing not working across devices

My tasks and settings are not syncing across all of my devices (web, android, and windows) I have now on two occasions not had access to tasks via my samsung note III, when I had finished entering it into the web app. Also, I have accessed the web app from different browsers, and on different computers, and have found that some information is not syncing or is getting lost.

Someone please help. Why is this happening to me? :'-(

Hi Aaron,

You appear to have two accounts. I would suggest signing out of all the locations and making sure you sign back in (using the same method) on all of them.
