Hi Sam,

What syntax did you use? What did you type exactly? As this is common for when one was entered incorrectly.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hello Sam,

That's an incorrect date format. You're setting the task to no time, but the starting date to a time.

Please use this format instead, setting the actual task to a time:

every 12 months @ 2pm starting 4/1

However, in this case, considering that Todoist processes a month as 30 days, if you want the task to be accurate each year, please set it to:

every 1 April

or

every 1 April @ 2pm

Best regards,
David

what about monthly? say i want something to re-occur the 1st of every month, would be:

every 30 days from 1 march @10am or

every 1st of the month @ 10am

Sam,

It that case it would be just "ev 1" or "every 1" or "ev 1 @ 10am".

Please check out this page: https://todoist.com/Help/DatesTimes listing pretty much all different types of dates Todoist support, based on which you can create your own combinations :-)

Best regards,
David
