Tasks not updating

I completed tasks as well as added new ones yesterday on my MacOS app. It was online the entire time. My account today (on MacOS, Web, Android, and iPad) does not reflect any of the progress I made yesterday. All old tasks are listed as overdue and the tasks I added do not appear. I attempted to log out and in again (on all platforms) and attempted to sync with no success.

Hi Cali,

Is it possible the other locations are signed into a different account? I have seen this happen with people using Google to sign in, then change to a pass/email combination.

Are they all the same except for the MacOS version?

I logged out of all of my accounts and logged back in with my google sign in. The missing tasks have still not appeared.

Cali,

If you add information now, does it sync and work as it should? I can't seem to find any issues with syncing as you describe. The only other way to lose information is being offline and then logging out.

Hey Brendon,

I seems to be working fine now. Something weird must have happened the other day; I've never had this problem before. At this point I have updated all the tasks again that did not update Saturday to Sunday so I wouldn't even notice if my lists changed now.

All of my platforms are currently up-to-date so I'm not sure there is anything else that needs to be done this time. Thank You!
