No access to premium after upgrading

Hi, I upgraded to the Premium version, but after a week I still don't have the Premium features. After a tip from your Twitter account I logged out on all devices and logged in again, but no luck..

Hello Michel,

If you're sure that you only have one Todoist account and have never logged in using a different email address which might have created (and upgraded) the other account, please send us the order reference ID of your payment and we'll look into it.

Your account should now be Premium. Please note you send an email to Wedoist support, not Todoist support.

Great, thank you. As wedoist was on the order, I naturally assumed that this was the contact address for issues related to payment and premium.
