Is there a limit on the Labels for Free/ Trial Premium?

FM

This also applies to the webclient

Of the 40 labels I have, only 15 work. The other 25, although appear in the task as a label, when filtering on them I get the "No tasks matches your query" error.
I am currently in the trial of the premium features phase.

For example I have a @boq label. When I search for @boq I get the above error message, however when I search for boq I get three results that have BOQ in the description of the task. Two of the three have @boq labels in green under them, so it should at least have 2 results when I search using the filter.

The same example applies to all other 39 labels. A few of them are 3 letter labels, a few have 3 letters and 3 digits, one has an underscore "_" , with the others being normal words such as circular, leads, pricing, project. :-(

Hello Faris,

There are no label limits, but searching for a label shows tasks that are either assigned to you or no one. That said, please tell me - are these 2 tasks with the @boq label assigned to someone else by any chance?

Best regards,
David

Thanks David for your response. That explains it.
I am managing a group of people, and was looking to use the tag filtering to see what tasks remained open under a given subject matter - even those not assigned to me.

Faris,

In that case, you can use a filter:

:all: & @boq

or

:to_others: & @boq

in both cases, tasks assigned to others will be included in the label search.

Best regards,
David
