+ Add Question

I can't add a task from email :S

Dear Todoist,

thanks a lot for integrating Todoist to Postbox. I managed to install it but now I can't add any task. What should I do? :-)
I'm using Postbox on Mac.

Hello Gaëlle,

Please confirm if you're following these exact steps:

1. Click on a message in your inbox so that it's selected.
2a. If you're in a project in the Todoist pane, scroll down to the bottom and use the "Add email as task" link there.
2b. If you're anywhere else, click on the "+" at the top and then the "Add email as task" link there.

At which point exactly does it not work? Do you see these links, can you save the task after adding it?

Hi David,

thanks a lot for your prompt reply. I followed your steps. FYI when I did it from anywhere and clicked on the "+" it didn't work. Then I tried it from a project and it worked. Then I tried it again from anywhere else ("Today" view actually) and now it works there too. :)
