When filter by tag, using the search box or clicking on one, a blank page appears. In the iOS version the filter works normally. :-/
Hi Christiano,What browser are you using? I'm not able to reproduce this issue in Chrome.Regards,Brendon.
Hi Brendon,I'm using Chrome, in Iirefox also occurs. Another example of the problem, each label has a number indicating how many tasks were assigned in iOS the amount is correct, but the web version does not show any numbers. The strange thing is that some labels show the incorrect quantity, ex: label "bug" at the web shows 1 and at iOS shows 5.'s
Hello Christiano,Please tell me - what filter are you referring to exactly? What query are you using that doesn't work or are you talking about viewing tasks with any label and none of them show any results? Please note that if tasks with a label are assigned to someone else, you won't see them in search results unless you search for :to_others: & @bug (for example). Also, try to go to Chrome's Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data, find and remove all Todoist-related entries there, reload the browser and see if it helps. If it does, clear Firefox's cache and Todoist's offline data in Firefox too.Best regards,David
Now I understand, in the search bar have to use ": to_others". Strange thing is that whenever I select a label in iOS shows all assigned tasks, even those assigned to others, and the web version appears only the tasks assigned to me or not assigned. When I click on the tab labels, and I select one of them, I should see all tasks assigned to it? correct?ps: I cleared the cookies
Christiano,When you click on a label from the list on the left, you should see all tasks that are not assigned to anyone else with that label. There's an issue in our iOS app that shows you all tasks that match the label, we'll correct it in the next update. In general, in any search-results (that is - everywhere except for within a project), we always show only your tasks or unassigned tasks. If you delegate something to someone else, you're no longer responsible for this task. You can of course always create custom filters including :to_others: or :all: in the query.Best regards,David
Hi Devid, Ok, i got it. I'll wait for the fix then. Thanks for the help
