I seem to have developed the same/similar problem. I am using Mac OS X 10.6 and Chrome Version 33.0.1750.117. When I go to re-organise a list of tasks in any view, if I drag the task up or down to the window edge so to make the task go to the top or lower down the list, the browser starts scrolling down uncontrollably. In some views this means that you postpone the task to the following day without wanting to. Would be interesting to know if anyone else has this and what the fix is, thank you.
