Google calendar not syncing in chrome

As of Wednesday my google calendar is stuck. It is no longer syncing with Todoist and it remains looking as it did 2/19. Please help

Hello,

Please try to remove it (by unsubscribing from the iCal feed through My Calendars -> Settings), re-add it and see if it helps.

So it's not syncing at all, never? Has anything changed since it was working again, any major changes to your projects or tasks?

It has not synced since I changed the URL this morning. Only made minor changes such as completion of a few tasks, then change in date from today to tomorrow. Nothing significant.

Hi,

What do you mean you changed the URL? If you changed the URL that you added to the calender, then of course it would not continue to work. It needs to stay as the one within the Settings Page.

If you look at earlier in this conversation it was suggested that I delete the todoist calendar and then replace the URL from the settings page as the current calendar had stopped syncing. When I did that it synced once and then not again.
Even this morning no sync has occurred.
What is the next step?

Hi,

To clarify, Google Calender will only update the feed once a day, this is a limitation Google puts on iCal URLS. Are you saying even after that time, no changes are made?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we don't know why Google would not sync the changes on time, please contact them directly as it's most likely an issue on their end (our iCal feed is updated instantly).

That said, removing and re-adding the feed may be the only "solution" for now.
