Latest version OutlookTodoist.Adx don't work...

HI!

I have a blank screen in Outlook Todoist plugin after updating to version 2.6.3.2 (or 2.6.4.0). Version 2.5 works fine.

The same problem occurs in Todoist for Windows in version 2.6.1.0 and higher.

OS Windows 7 Ent SP1 (64bit) and Outlook 2010 (32bit).

How to get the latest versions to work?

Hi,

Please try to uninstall it through Programs & Features (OutlookTodoistADX) and then install this updated version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/49603436f7edf6fa3baa609dbdda1c1d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

Clearing the cache for Chrome as well.

Hello,

Please try to clear the plugin's cache from this location:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook\Cache

Also, did you update the plugin or reinstalled it? Please try to delete it through Programs & Features (OutlookTodoist) first and then get the latest version and see if it helps.

If not - how are you logging in? Through manual login or Google Login? What's your default start page in Todoist?

Hello.

I full reinstall plugin and clean cache. It doesn't help.
Plugin doesn't show something even login form. Default page - 7days and overdue.
I have blank plugin window after starting Outlook (same problem in Todoist for Windows).

Hi,

Do you have Antivirus running and does it block %ProgramFiles(x86)%\OutlookTodoistADX\Todoist.Helper.exe?

We are looking into this issue though.

Same issue here. No AV blocking it and I've tried the updated version above.

Probably something wrong with my proxy settings. When I tried to connect trought Proxifier (create rule for Todoist.Helper), plugin loaded normally.

OS proxy settings: xxxxxxx.xx:3128 for all protocols.

Version 2.5 and lower had worked fine with this settings. :-S
