Hello Jeniffer,

Please install this updated version just published today (will be available on our site very soon): https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/49603436f7edf6fa3baa609dbdda1c1d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe and let me know if the issue persists.

David,
The update fixed the original problem, however Todoist does not let me do anything. I click on the add todoist toolbar but it does not do anything in outlook. No errors or anything.

Thank you.

Jennifer,

Please try closing down Outlook, clearing the cache and offline data for Chrome. As now our plugin uses this to work. Though, so the Add Todoist button does not respond at all? Does the Todoist Panel show your tasks?

Regards,
Brendon.

The Todoist button does not respond at all and there is no todoist panel showing up in my tasks.

Thank you,

Hello Jennifer,

Please clarify - are you actually in Outlook's "Tasks" tab when you try to do this? It won't work there as our plugin can only allow you to add emails as tasks, not convert Outlook's Tasks into Todoist's tasks.

Please confirm, you go to the "Emails" section in Outlook, select an email, then click on "Add to Todoist" button and nothing happens?

Best regards,
David

Good morning,
I have had to uninstall Todoist from outlook because even after reinstalling the one you had me to above I'm still getting the same message that I originally posted about. With that error I can not even open an e-mail.

Thank you,

Jennifer,

Have you uninstalled the plugin (with Outlook closed), cleared the cache for Chrome and IE, rebooted the system and re-installed the latest version? https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/49603436f7edf6fa3baa609dbdda1c1d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe
