With the new Outlook TD installed I seem to have lost all my links to Outlook linked tasks.Is this to be expected? Hope not!
Hi Peter,It appears indeed be caused by the new update. The new update has fixed everything but it seems to have broken old links. We are looking into it now, but if there aren't too many of them, I'd suggest re-adding them.Regards,Brendon.
Unfortunately there are lots of them and they will not be easy to find! Does this mean all these tasks will need to be re entered? Would un-installing the updated get me back to where I was? I would suggest you put out a warning to others, if I had know I would not have updated.
Peter,We did not know about this, and has now been reported by two people, and we are looking into it. It's possible we will find a fix for it. Yes, if you found an older install, it would most likely allow the links to work, but of course bring back all the previous issues.We are looking into the issue now.Regards,Brendon.
Brendon, I never had issues with the old version except if emails were moved into a folder after a TD link, the link would be lost. Other than that I had no complaints. Is there a link to download the old install or do you suggest I wait for a fix. I will need to be up and running by Monday. Thanks
