Hi Walter,

I will need a bit more information as to what you are trying to accomplish. Our iCal feed does not require any sign in, you copy and paste the URL into any calender software.

You may be having an issue with Mac Calender or other settings, as we do not have any instances known that a password is required.

Regards,
Brendon.

Thanks for the prompt response Brendon. Can you save me a little time and point me to the evidently simple "copy and paste the URL" step?

Cheers

Walter

Walter,

Just open up Todoist.com, in the top right corner click on the gear icon, then Settings. From that new pop-up is the iCal Feed URL.

That can be pasted into any calender software. Each one varies a bit on how it's added, but most are within the main menu options.

Regards,
Brendon.

Before even getting to paste the URL I get the following message when opening iCal i get a "moving calendars to server account" but after minutes of watching the spriralling "blue/white striped barber bar" nothing has happended and then I get first the prompt to add my password to my gmail account (???). After unsuccessful attmepts there I get "Calendar cannot connect to the Google calendar - Finally "couldn't move your calendar's to iCould because and error occurred" ... asking to either wait and or try again - both of which I've done too many times and always the same cycle (above).

Annoying.

Walter,

This has something to do with your iCloud account and previous Apple related accounts. I have found some related topics here that might be able to help. https://discussions.apple.com/message/23404148#23404148#23404148#23404148
