Hello Erwan,

Please go to the project to which you cant to add a task first, then use the "a" key or the "+ Add task" option at the bottom of the list and then you can use Ctrl+RightArrow (or Cmd+RightArrow) to indent it.

It's not possible to indent a task if you're adding it through the Quick Add box at the top.

Best regards,
David

When I indent a task, and then look at my next 7 days list, it shows the task twice: once indented under the parent task, and once on its own at the main task level. Is this the only way? In my mind, it would be better organized if it just displayed a task once. Is there a way to make it so that sub-tasks only appear once under their parent tasks?

Claire,

If you have only the sub-tasks with due dates, or only the Parent task with a due date, it will only be shown once.

Brendon.

How can I add a sub-task related to the other task, not to the project, on my iPad app? I'm a premium member

Hi,

On iOS you need to create a new task as normal, use the More option to access the sub-task indentation options. Then drag the task to where you want it.

Brendon.

Brendon,

This is all confusing and a little counterintuitive...
