Hey,

After having followed all your instructions in the forum here and installed, uninstalled and reinstalled todoist Outlook and ran the COM adds, I am still not able to integrate the app with outlook. It does not even show up in with the other addins. What can I do?

Tanks in advance.

Hello,

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Although I can't reproduce this issue with Outlook 2013, we'll address this in the upcoming update of our Outlook app.

Best regards,
David

You can't reproduce it, so does it work on your version? If it does work on your 2013 version of Outlook, then there's hope that all we have to do is find out our local problem. If it's not working on your 2013 version, please tell us. I'm guessing that it is working, based on your response David.

So once we've installed it, should it appear automagically or do we need to push a button or is there a place we can see that we're not looking in? I've looked under addins and it's not there. What are we missing that you're not? Help.

Much better. It installed and I saw the login window for Todist. It then asked to update to the latest version. Once done, Outlook came back up, I logged in and all seems to be working now.

I'll run some test but it looks like things are working.

Appreciate the help and super fast response. You guys ROCK!

OK, a little different with 2013 but still able to add task from email. I'm also able to jump back to the email from the task created. So it looks like all is working as planned. More testing and using as the day goes on, but for now, I'm a happy camper. Thanks David.
