Tasks Disappearing!

D

The tasks in this project (should be 17) do not display on web. they show fine on android.

https://chrome.todoist.com/app?v=204#project/121148877

I also have issues with syncing between Android and Web (i.e. things dont show up, don't get deleted, or appear scrambled as in subtasks are under the wrong root.) Could this have anything to do with it?

Hi Drew,

We are looking into sync issues right now on Android and hope to have a solution soon. Were these added on Android or web, or both ways do not work?

Version of Android?

Brendon.

Version 4.4 KitKat
This time they were added on the web, and scrambled on Android.

I have also had issues where they were added on the web, fine on Android on my account, but scrambled/missing on someone elses Android (they are a member of the project).

Drew,

So these are all shared tasks? We have yet been able to 100% reproduce this type of issue but are looking into it.

Anything you think of that happens, when this happens, that will allow you to 100% reproduce it each time, it could help us resolve the issue.

Regards,
Brendon.

I have a similar problem : tasks that are assigned to me are not syncing to the web app. I can see the number of tasks alongside the project name, but they are no longer shown when I click the project.

The tasks were assigned to me through an Android 4.1. I can see them on my Android 4.4. I can also see them on the Chrome Extension. But they do not appear on the web app.

My own tasks sync fine between Android 4.4, Chrome Extension and the Web App.

Regards,
Fred

Fred,

That would be a new problem. Please try signing out of the web version, clearing the cache for that browser, and trying again

Brendon.
