I've repeatedly requested a refund via email since Jan 23, and have included all of the relevant data previously requested. I've sent no fewer than three emails on this with no response from one of your reps. I don't know what to do other than start a fresh thread here on your forum.

Please confirm receipt of this. Please confirm issuance of refund ASAP. It concerns me that you give a guarantee of a refund but ignore requests for the same, or at least that is the way it seems.

Thank you for the prompt response. Actually, I received a welcome email directly from one of your reps shortly after going premium, and it was in that email that I made the request for a refund. The rep asked for the reference # which I provided, and then ... silence. Multiple emails back to him with no response. I could forward you the email if you are interested (my reason for canceling is in there too), but at this point, I am satisfied so I am not trying to make and further issues for anyone. I just wanted to make sure I get the refund before my 30 days were up.
