Hi Michael,

Please head into the Add/Remove Programs area for Windows, do you see OutlookTodoist listed there? If not, it was for some reason not installed. Then head to the Addins area for Outlook, and see if OutlookTodoist is enabled, or disabled.

Did you get any error messages upon installation?

Regards,
Brendon.

Brendon,

It is listed in the add/remove programs.

I received no error messages.

It is not listed in the outlook add ins. The only disabled add in is called "mssphtb.dll"

Michael,

Please try closing Outlook, clear the cache for IE, and re-try. If not, please try re-installing it again.

Regards,
Brendon.

Michael,

It may be because of the admin rights that it was not installed properly. We do have issues with corporate networks. We are going to be releasing an update hopefully soon that could address this issue.

Brendon.

i just reinstalled again and it is not working.

I seached for "todoist" on the c: drive and found the following files:

Shortcut to: C:\Program Files (x86)\OutlookTodoistADX\todoist.ico
Shortcut to: C:\Program Files (x86)\OutlookTodoistADX\todoist.ico
https_en.todoist.com_0.localstorage
https_en.todoist.com_0.localstorage-journal
Todoist.WinForms.dll
Todoist.Model.dll
todoist

In the Outlook add ins, the following is inactive:
"Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin"

The only disabled add in is called "mssphtb.dll"

I do not see any active add-ins that reference Todoist.

Anything you can do to help?

Thanks

Michael,

It appears your office system may be causing issues with the installation. Are you able to test this on a system that is not on the same network?

Nonetheless, there isn't much that can be done at this time, we hope to release the update soon that switched engines, so it should work better.

Regards,
Brendon.
