Text and email notifications not working

I have a trial PREMIUM subscription for 2 weeks now and in that time none of the reminders ahve worked...where I am meant to be sent a text. Please can you advise is there a bug?

Hi Andy,

Please head to Todoist.com, top right corner, click on the gear icon (Settings). Under Reminders, for Mobile phone, please make sure you enter your number fully, +4545234512 and if that does not work, try using Internatioanl as your provider, and try each of the Canadian Send From numbers. Once that is done, does the Send A Test work?

Now in the same place under Default reminder, what is set here? As if it's not Email, then you would not get one by default. You would need to right click a task, Reminders, and create a new one, choosing Email. Also, it's possible these are sent to SPAM, so I'd check that folder as well.

Thanks that has helped...I had entered my phone number at some point but it was not there when I looked...maybe it got lost in the upgrade or something...anyway push and sms seem to be working now thanks. I will experiment with the email next. Thanks again, Andy
