Outlook Todoist Not working

SM

Hello

I'm using Outlook 2010.
It seems ToDoist in outlook 2010 is no longer showing. Or it simply shows up blank.
I unistalled the Adx, and re-installed it.
I also re-started my computer, but still the same problem.

any idea of the release date - it's virtually impossible not to have it displayed with my outlook, plus it doesn't allow me to add emails as tasks anymore - everything was working fine and no zip - please help!!!

I have the same problem with Outlook. Unless this can be fixed very soon, I will have to convert to a competing product.

Hi,

We don't have an actual date, but it shouldn't be much longer anymore. Very sorry for all the trouble.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hello Dimitri,

Unfortunately not :( But we already have the ported and updated version of our plugin and are addressing the last issue in it right now so it shouldn't take too long before it's ready for release at this point.

Best regards,
David

Here is the problem - Todoist advertises that it will sort emails out, create tasks organize tasks, etc., etc. making outlook users' life a lot simpler and organised.
While the Todoist program was working, it DID just that! So i paid a YEAR in advance for the PREMIUM version and now that it's not working I stuck with zip! Can't get my emails into Todoist can't see my tasks on my desk top with my calendar and emails, plus I'm short of a couple of dollars!
SurelyTodoist can do better than that!!
Solution please, with a timeline!

Go go go... I need this. Platform coverage was what sold this product. love being on several different platform but this is the number one for 8 hours a day.

Good morning to you ToDoist.

I realise it's only been 6 days since I reported this bug, and getting out a fully working, tested and deployable update can take time, but I wanted to know progress. Is this the best place to find out progress by the way?

Thanks

Steve

Hello Steve,

We've been working on the new Outlook plugin very long with multiple developers and although we almost have the updated version done, there's still a significant bug that needs to be fixed and we can't give you any ETA when exactly it'll be done. We don't want to release another buggy update which won't solve these problems :(

Best regards,
David

David! That's Perfect!

Still does not allow me to drag my my e-mails into tasks (Maybe that is any premium feature?).

Anyways this is good enough to make me a customer - sign me up!

Unfortunately, drag & drop to add an email as a task is indeed not supported.
