Incorrect display of Meeting Time

MC

This occurs on Android, Chrome, and Outlook, and perhaps others.

New recurring meeting times all display as 11:59 pm of the correct day. However, when the time is attempted to be edited, the correct meeting time is there. It appears that adding the phrase "starting at ...." causes the error.

Hello Michael,

Please tell me:
- Do you have the correct time zone set up in Todoist and on all your devices?
- What's the exact due date and time of the affected task(s)?
- In what language are you using Todoist?

Best regards,
David

1) I'm using English.
2) I've tried multiple dates and times., every Monday starting 3rd Feb at 2 pm, produces a display of 11:59pm. It needs to be a repeating event, and needs to have the phrase "starting at..." in the time
3) Time zone is America / New York. Seems to be the same on all devices
4) This effect is local, that is, it occurs immediately on whatever device I put it on, Outlook, Web, and Android.
5) When exporting via ICAL, the Incorrect time (the 11:59 pm) is used
6) It also is used on the left when sorting and in the time field on the right when shown. Though as I said before, when editing the time field, the correct date string is stored.
Thanks

Michael,

"every Monday starting 3rd Feb at 2 pm" is an incorrect date format. The task itself must have a time, not the starting day. That said, please try to use this format:

every Monday at 2pm starting 3rd Feb

and see if it helps.

Best regards,
David

Your tip fixed the problem for me. You may want to add that to the date and time FAQ
