When you "Add to todoist" an e-mail, the link back to that e-mail usually works. But on occasions it will open up a new empty e-mail.

DavidUnfortunately I cannot see a pattern. It consistently happened on one particular e-mail and creating a new Todoist link did not eradicate the issue. I only utilise the "Add to Todoist" button and only utilise Chrome. Andy,Are you using any Gmail Labs extensions which may in any way change the URL (such as the Preview Pane)? Also, if there's anything different about this particular message, please let me know. For example - was it sent from another Gmail account that you're using, was it created from a draft or an already sent message?Best regards,David
DavidUnfortunately there is no differentiation from the e-mails which do not link through and the ones which do link through. I utilise the same working practise on all e-mail.Andy
