Does any one has the same problem with outlook adding?

Hello Rafal,

I can't reproduce this. The content that you see in Outlook is actually the exact same content than on the web-app. Todoist Next features a responsive design so if you make your browser window as small as the plugin pane, you will see how it changes the display to the same that Outlook uses.

That said, please tell me - does this issue also happen to you on the web? If so, does it happen in Internet Explorer? Our plugin uses Internet Explorer to connect (regardless of your default browser settings), if IE is outdated (IE 8 or earlier), it could cause various issues.

Also, you've said it shows overdue tasks, but not those for the next 7 days, does it show at least the headers of the days or literally nothing below the overdue tasks?

Best regards,
David

Hello David

Unfortunately I have installed IE 8 (company rules) but my default browser is Google Chrome. My issue occurs also on the web in Internet Explorer. The problem on the Outlook and IE occurs only when language is set up on Polish, German. I have changed language setting on English and Todist works fine on both Outlook and IE. When I use Chrome Todoist works fine with Polish language setting. But what is strange up to 27 of January Todoist with Polish language setting has been worked fine.

Best regards
Rafał

Rafal,

This can indeed be an issue with IE 8. The good news is that we'll soon publish an update for our Outlook plugin which will port it on a different engine so it won't depend on IE at all.

In the meantime, could you please check if when you click on "7 days" the search bar at the top says "zaległe, 7 dni" in Polish and "überfällig, 7 Tage" in German?

Best regards,
David

No the search bar says "zaległe, days 7" in Polish and "überfällig, days 7" in German. I tried to enter "zaległe, 7 dni" "7 dni" in search bar without any success.

Best regards
Rafal

Rafal,

Thank you for this information, that's the source of this issue. The correct syntax is "zaległe, 7 dni" in Polish and "überfällig, 7 Tage" in German. I've just tested it and these searches return the correct results. In fact, the default 7 days function inserts the correct versions to the search bar.

That said, are you accessing Todoist from a bookmark? If so, please make sure it points directly to https://todoist.com and does not contain an old version number as that could cause this issue. Also, try to log out, clear your browser's cache, reload the browser and log back in.

Best regards,
David

Rafal,

We will soon release an update for our Outlook plugin and the new version won't need IE to run which should address this issue.

Best regards,
David
