English version of the Todoist app

A Japanese version of the Todoist app is available (and I'm using it), but i don't like it at all. Is there a way to use the English version of the app?

Hi Makoto,

There is only one version of the Android app. If you change the language of your device, the app will go along with that language.

Hi Brendon,

If I change the language of my device, lots of other things in lots of other apps are affected, making some apps unusable.

I need a setting (in the Todoist app) that lets me switch to the English interface.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have that option. We will consider adding that in the future.

I would appreciate it if you could add that option soon (hopefully very soon!).

Many parts of the app (menu items and other stuff) are poorly translated into Japanese, and I don't like that at all. English looks far better on the app.

If you could explain further into exactly what is "poorly" translated it could help us improve it. As we do spend a lot of time and money trying to make our other languages work.

I'm asking you to add the option to use the app in English.

Hello Makoto,

Thank you for your feedback, we will consider making the language settings of our app independent of the language settings of the device in future updates.

Still, we would greatly appreciate if it you could let us know which translations are incorrect so we can improve them.
