You lost all my tasks. How do I get them back

I followed the link in the email you sent me today to sign up for todoist next. In doing so, it lost all the tasks I have in my existing account (that show in the chrome extension). It's possible that I already have todoist next (I didn't check this, since I figured you would have enough sense not to send me this email if I already had it). I NEED MY TASKS BACK. Help.

Hi Robin,

You may have created a new account when following that email, since you already had one. Please try to sign out and make sure you are signing into the correct one.

Thank you, I did figure out with that info that I must have used my google account to sign up
