I purchased a 1 year Premium Upgrade, but I don't have the premium options

Hello,

I purchased the $29 1 year of Todoist Premium, it worked for a couple of minutes, but then the Premium options just disappeared and I keep getting the "upgrade and get more done" messages. If I want to click on a Premium option, it says I need Todoist Premium for that.

Hello Radu,

Please try to log out, clear your browser's cache, reload the browser and log back in.

Also, please tell me - how did you pay for Premium? Using your CC and our CC payment option or PayPal or the PlayStore or the App Store?

I paid by CC on the website... Premium not active on iphone nor on Mac App.

Please log out of both of those locations, and any other location you are using Todoist, then sign back into it.
