Hello -

I paid to upgrade my account, but all of the premium filters are still locked to me. For instance, when I click on the reminders or backup tabs I'm asked to upgrade to a premium account.

Please advise.

Hi Edward,

Please sign out of your account, clear the cache for your browser and sign back into it. Let us know if it continues after doing so.
