I upgraded to premium today, but when I click on certain features when using with my outlook it states I need to upgrade to use that feature. How do I resolve? Please fix ASAP.
I am having the same problem. I have logged out, cleared my entire browser history/cookies/cache, and restarted Chrome. Still getting that same error message.

Hi,All of you are showing as Premium on our end, so it appears to still be a cache issue. Please also clear offline data for Todoist within Chrome (Settings, Show Advanced, Content Settings, All Cookies & Site Data, Search for Todoist, Remove all).Regards,Brendon.

Hello Stan,According to our database your account is Premium. Please clear Todoist's offline data manually (in Chrome it's in Adv. Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data), then reload the browser and log back in.Also, please let us know which payment method did you use (CC, PayPal, PlayStore, AppStore).Best regards,David
I too am having this issue. After upgrading to premium I was not able to utilise the additional features.I followed the suggestions above on clearing cookie and site data and logged out of all devices and I cannot get it to recognise.I logged into the todoist.com site itself and it said at the bottom: "Upgrade and get more done".After clicking on this I can see the text "Your Premium Membership expires on January 29, 2015."It would appear there is a deeper issue than just cache problems if this is presenting on the todoist.com site itself.regardsAaron.
Aaron,Every single case we get that someone has not been upgraded, ends up logging out and back in, even if its a couple of times, have ended up getting Premium. You are Premium on our end.Though, there does appear to be more cases where the Premium is taking longer, or needing of cache to be cleared more often.
