Premium trial not working

Hello,

I signed up for the free premium trial today, but none of the features are taking effect. I have logged in and out multiple times and cleared the cache. No luck. It still says I need to upgrade to use reminders or notes, for example.

Hello Carolina,

According to our database, your account is Premium. Please try to log out and aside from clearing the cache automatically, remove Todoist's offline data manually (let me know what browser you use and I can assist you with that), reload the browser and log back in.

Also, make sure you're logging into the correct account.

Carolina,

To delete this data in Chrome, please go to Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content settings -> All cookies and site data, search for "todoist" there and remove it. Now, reload your browser and you should see all Premium features.
