Hello. Not sent invitations to new members.
Please clarify - you send an invitation to someone who do not have a Todoist account using the web-app and they didn't get the email invitation?
Or did they have a Todoist account already? If so - do they see the invitation in the alert system? Also, what browsers apps or platforms are you referring to?
I send the invitation person who doesn't have Todoist account, I using the web application through a browser Google Chrome. After a failed attempt by a person registered in the ToDoist but notice he still doesn't come. I tried to send invitations to my other accounts, but they do not reach.
This may have been related to our sync issues today. Please tell me if it's still happening when sending invites.
same here, I send invitation to myself (professionnal email) and my collaborators and nobody recieves it (professionnal provider).
The invitation works when I send it to my personnal hotmail account
in the hotmail box it comes in the Bulk folder
but in the other account, nothing in Inbox, nothing in Bulk folder
What type of email do you have at work? Can you check with your IT guy to see if there are some emails from Todoist that's not going through?

I have the same issue. Invite not received by invited user (invited via email). I sent invite from Android app.
I have the same issue. I am evaluating this app for work and want to invite two of my colleagues. I have attempted to send them the invite several times over several days and they aren't receiving it.
We have Google business apps and Gmail with a custom domain and would be purchasing Todoist business if it works out. But... since I can't add anyone to it I am having my doubts.
Do they have accounts? Try getting them to create the account, then invite them.
One of them does, one of them does not. Neither of them received the invite.
Try to get both to create the account, even if already created, re-create it using the same email address. Then re-invite.
If I delete and re create the account what will happen to the task already created on account? I would assume those would be deleted as well so what do I do? I'm having the same issues the others are mentioning on this thread.
Yes, deleting an account would permanently delete all data on it which makes this only an option if these account either have no data or just very little data on them.
That said, please create a new thread about this, set it to private and then include the email addresses of the people who don't get the notification in it. Also, let us know if they don't get the invitations via email or also not in the alerts section (bell icon at the top in Todoist).
I'm having issues inviting a new hire.
Which part do you gives you the problem? Is it when your new hire is accepting the invitation? Does he/she not get the invitation at all?
He doesn't receive the invitation at all.
Please clarify, does the invited person not only not receive the invitation via email (and it's definitely not in trash or spam folders), but also doesn't see it inside their Todoist account under the bell icon at the top?
If so, please create a new private thread about it and include the email address of the person you want to invite in it.
