Outlook plugin not showing labels drop down box when adding an email as a task

When I add an email as a task, and click on the '@' sign to add a label, it is adding the '@' sign to the task, but not giving the drop down box to choose a label.

Hello Andrew,

I can't reproduce this issue. I click on "Add email as task" and before saving this task, the first thing I click on is the "@" icon, it adds an @ to the end of the task name AND opens the label auto-complete drop-down instantly.

Please tell me - what version of IE do you have installed on your computer? Out Outlook plugin is a frame containing an IE windows connecting to the Todoist site so if it's IE 8 or earlier, thigh could affect it. If you have an option to upgrade to IE 11, please try to do so and let me know if the issue persists.

We will soon release a new Outlook plugin - ported to a different engine.

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

I'm already have IE11 installed.

The problem seems to be erratic. I wondered if it was anything to do with the length of the text in the task, but cannot see any correlation.

Should I try logging out and back in and clearing the cache as per usual?

Andrew,

Yes that can always help. Though the update when it comes should resolve most problems.

Regards,
Brendon.
