number of tasks no longer shows up in mac applet in the menubar

ME

Recently the mac applet no longer shows the number of today's task in the menu bar. It even happened about the same time on both macs I use daily.

I have logged off and back on, I have reset caches in safari, and un- and reinstalled the app itself, but w/o result.

Not sure if this is just a coincidence, or somehow connected to the the last upgrade?

Sorry to dig up this thread, but I have the same issue since yesterday or today.

Is it known? Should I try downloading todoist again?

Hi Benjamin,

This should be working fine. Yes, you can try re-installing the Mac app to see if that helps. Let us know if it still doesn't work properly.

Clyde

Here we are.
Today I quit Todoist and open it,
not more icons :S

I try downloading a fresh app, installing it (cleaning the ~/Library files)
and it did not fix the issue :(

Any suggestions?

P.S.: The attached screenshots show that I have a task due today,
but the icon is not showing the "1" as it should

Hi Benjamin,

Have you tried clearing the cache using the option that's shown in the preference page? Which version of OSX are you running?

Clyde

Clearing the cache + cookies + reboot the app
seams to fix the issue (for now?)

I am running OSX 10.9.4.

I will get back to you if it happens again.

Thanks for your reactivity
