My setting states that I have a premium account
What should I do? Does anyone have a phone number to this company?

Hi Dan,

Which features are you having issues with? Let me know exactly what the problem is and I will be able to help. If you are showing Premium as you said, you are Premium.

Also, my Google calendar isn't importing

Dan,

Please sign out of all locations, and sign back in. If that does not help, try clearing the cache for your browser.

As for Google Calendar, the moment you add the URL, you see the yellow Importing message at the top, close it, and come back a bit later.

Just tried using reminder as well, I have signed out, cleared cache, etc.... Not working

I'm also having problems in this area. I have bought a premium account 6 months ago, but now I can't use my premium features all of a sudden. And it says that I'm a free user. I don't get it.
My account is naomihogie@gmail.com

I couldn't find where to post a new request.... so I'm doing it here.

@Dan - According to our database, your account is Premium. When clearing the cache of your browser, please make sure to delete Todoist's offline data and reload the browser.

@Naomi - you have 2 Todoist accounts, one Premium linked to naomihogie@gmail.com and one free. You are now logged into the free account with the "perfectgown" domain.
