sync on premium version of Todoist

I purchased the Todoist upgrade two weeks ago, but i haven't been able to sync since then. at that time, i also changed the API token.
could this be connected?

Hi Ellen,

What platforms are you using, have you signed out and back in again between this time, cleared any app/browser data?

You change the API? Are you using a custom app for Todoist, as we would not have any control over this.

the only thing i did was randomly press "change token API", but that was it
i am using todoist on ios7 and the web app.
ive signed out and signed it, but still doesn't sink.
what is a custom app?
i also cannot access the settings on the ipad app.

Hello Ellen,

A custom app would be one developed by someone who is not working for us, but used the API to create their own Todoist-based app. If you've got the app from the App Store, its name was "Todoist" and it's developed by Doist Ltd. then this is our app.

I've tried to reproduce this issue now, but I can't, all data syncs instantly across all devices. Please try to delete and reinstall the app and make sure you're logging into the same account on each platforms.

I was able to clear the browser and that took care of the sync problem, but i still can't access "Settings" on any of my ipad browsers (chrome, safari, dolphin). i really want to be able to print out from my ipad, but cant do so without accessing the settings

Please tell me - are you actually accessing the full web-version through your mobile browser or only the default mobile view (/m)?
