Did upgrade-not showing as upgraded on my iphone or ipad apps!

I received an email to upgrade to todoist premium so I did so via the email. When i go into my ipad or iphone apps the todist is NOT upgraded. I can only access the upgrade via the internet! How do I ensure that my handy ipad and iphone apps recognize the update without having to pay again and without losing all my lists etc. i need to be able to access my upgraded info via these apps! Is there a number I can call to speak to someone for support with this matter?

Hi Debra,

It's synced through your account, please make sure you are signing into the same account on all devices, if you used Google, this needs to be done at all locations.

A log out and in, will grab all new information as well.

I have logged in to my app on my iphone and everything is gone! All my tasks are gone

Debra,

We are experiencing server issues due to all the new users, and we hope to find a solution soon. Your tasks are more then likely not gone, just aren't able to sync just yet.
