Outlook Add-in Issues with Multiple Windows

PS

I have been having issues with the outlook add-in in Outlook 2013 (64-bit). I have reviewed many of the support posts to address my issues and have succeeded at mitigating my issues, but not resolving them.

The problem exists when Outlook is open and Todoist is viewable as a side pane/bar next to my email preview. When I navigate to the calendar dock peak, "right click calendar" and select "Open New Window", a new window opens. In the existing Outlook window or the new one, if I navigate between messages or items, I get two subsequent error dialog boxes that shows the details below. If I close that window, the error dialog box continues to pop-up until Outlook is closed. In trying several other versions of the add-in, the alternative methods to resolve the error dialog box was to clear Internet Explorer's Cache, which is time consuming and not desirable. That is now not the case with the current version as closing and reopening Outlook works, but the issue prevents me from leveraging multiple outlook windows.

Please advise on when a fix could be available or if this issue is new. Thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul,

We are sorry for the trouble. This is one of the many issues with our Outlook plugin and we hope to resolve this in a big update that is coming soon for it.

Though make sure IE is updated, accepting all cookies, clear the cache for it and see if it continue.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon,

Thank you for the quick reply. IE is up to date and I have tried the other options, but the issues seems to persist. I have however found a different workaround for now, but I am looking forward to the big update.

I am really pleased with the product. First task management product that has ever worked the way I work. Thank you for that.

Paul.
